Entry Form

Please ensure you have read the full rules of the competition and that your film complies with the following:

Entries must be in DVD format (only one submission per person/group accepted)
Entries must be less than 15 minutes duration including title sequences and credits
Films must be the original work of the entrants
Films must have been produced after 31 October 2008
Films must have been copyright cleared for any element (eg music) which is not original
Entrants must be 16 years old or over
Any subtitiles must be embedded within the video and not as a separate file.
